Preheat oven to 350. Blend cream cheese, egg, egg yolk, 1/4c sugar and dash salt. Stir in chocolate set mixture aside.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt. Combine water, vinegar, vanilla and oil beat with fork. Add liquids all at once to dry ingredients, mix completely.
Fill paper lined muffin cups 1/2 full with batter. Top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sugar and almond slices. Bake 25-30minutes. Refrigerate left overs.
