Cut chicken pieces into strips. Dip into oil and then coat with seasoning. Have your skillet very hot. Put in chicken and blacken on each side. You can finish off in oven at 350 degrees if still pink in center. You will want to have an exhaust fan going.
Add peppers, mushrooms and onions and more olive oil to pan and saute. And minced garlic in at the end. Add heavy whipping cream and chicken stock, bring to boil and thicken.
Add chicken to cream mixture. Cook noodles according to package directions. Add to mixture. Top with cheese.
