     Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients
1 Honey maid graham cracker pie crust
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese - softened
1 egg
1 tblsp. raspberry preserves
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup fresh raspberries
 

Instructions
Beat cream cheese and egg to make your batter. Pour ½ batter on the crust
In a separate bowl mix raspberry preserves and lemon juice, spoon ½ of the preserves over the batter, then pour remaining batter into the pan.
Spoon rest of the preserves on the top of the batter and cut through batter with a knife to create marble effect.
Bake at 325 for 55 mins
Serving Suggestions
Chill and top with fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries
