Prepare crust in springform pan. Important that all ingredients are room temperature. Mix cream cheeese until smooth. Add sugar. Add 1 egg at a time and combine. Add flour, zest, juice, combine. Add HWC, and SC, combine, add vanilla and combine. Make sure mixture is thouroughly mixed.

Bake at 325 degrees for about an hour. Center will jiggle about the size of a quarter in the middle. Have cheesecake cool off in oven, do not take out, just turn off oven and slightly open door. Take out after about an hour, then cool more on counter for another hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
