Wash and dry lemons, and then, using a vegetable
peeler, remove the rinds from the lemon as thinly as
possible. Set lemons aside. Put lemon rinds into
bowl, and then pour in sugar.
Pour boiling water over sugar and lemon rinds, and
stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Cover
loosely and leave until liquid is cold.
Squeeze juice from lemons into cooled lemonade.
Strain into pitcher, and add lemon slices.
Serve over ice.
