     Tuna Puffs

Ingredients
1 Package Puff Pastry shells- I use Peppridge Farm
1/4 -1/3 cup butter
1/4-1/3 cup flour
3 cups of milk, or more
Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cans white tuna in water
1 cup defrosted frozen peas
 

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees,or whatever your puff directions say. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Then add flour and stir. Cook until smells like buiscuits-keep stirring. Slowly add milk- whisk in. Keep stirring until a little bit thickened. Add seasonings. Add tuna and peas.
Bake puff pastries according to directions. Assemble and serve right away.
My sister and looove this recipe (and is also the only seafood she will eat). It is really easy and SUPER yummy. You should try it!!!
