2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed
6 oz. shredded mozzarella
4 sliced American cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. milk
1 box Stove Top Chicken stuffing mix, prepared as directed on the box.
Boil chicken 20 minutes or bake in aluminum foil in oven at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool. (Or use precooked frozen, thawed chicken stips or left over rotissiere chicken)
Layer chicken in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix soup with milk and pour over chicken. Layer with Shredded mozzarella and American Cheese.(I just use shredded cheddar). Then top with prepared Stove Top chicken stuffing
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
