     Danish Butter Horns

Ingredients
2 cups flour
dash of salt
2 sticks butter
12 oz cottage cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond flavoring
 
milk, enough for glazing consistency

Instructions
Cream cottage cheese and butter. Add flour and salt. Form into 3 balls. Refrigerate overnight.
Roll each ball on a floured surface and cut into 12 wedges. Roll each wedge from wide end.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350.
Mix frosting ingredients together. Frost while warm.
