1 cup rice
|
|
2 cups water
|
|
1 teaspoon salt
|
|
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
|
|
1 cup sugar
|

4 eggs, beaten
|
|
3 cups milk
|
|
1 cup half and half
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Wash rice, add cold water and salt. Bring to a boil,
turn heat to low. Cover. Cook until water is
absorbed.

Add butter. When butter has melted add sugar, milk,
eggs and half and half.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until nicely
browned on top.
