Instructions |

|
Wash oxtail; marinate for 1 hour in soy sauce,
sliced ginger, and wine
|

saute and brown; add water (about 3 inches over
meat) and anise; boil and then slow boil (1.5
hours); add carrots, celery, salt (15-20 minutes)
