     FEAT AND BACON STUFFED CHICKEN

Ingredients
3/4 lb bacon..cut into 1 in pieces and cooked in pan
1 cup crumbled feta..regular or flavored
3 Tbsp sour cream
1/8 Tbsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
lemon pepper
Flour
2 egss, beaten
butter
 
bread crumbs or panko

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Reserve bacon grease and cook the bacon on paper towels. Once cool place bacon in feta cheese, sour cream and seasonings
Lay chicken flat, cut a 2 inch pocket in each chicken breast. Spoon in bacon mixture into pockets. Pour flour, egg and bread crumbs in seperate shallow dishes. Gently press the chicken breasts into the flour to coat. Dip each into egg, then press into the bread crumbs
Reheat bacon grease over medium heat. Brown chicken breasts on both sides in the hot fat about 2 minutes ea side or until brown and mostly cooked. Place on greased cookie sheet and back until golden brown.
