     TACOS IN PASTA SHELLS

Ingredients
18 Jumbo pasta shells
1 1/4lb ground beef (use sausage 1/2 and 1/2)
1 (3oz) package cream cheese w chives (use 1/2 cup Helluva Good Brand Ranch or French Onion Dip)
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt (remember there is salt in pasta water and other ingrediants, be careful)
1 8oz bottle Ortega taco sauce
1 cup shredded Cheedar
1 cup Monterey Jack
1 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips
 
Chopped green onions and parsley for garnish

Instructions
Brown meats; stirring to crumble, Stir in cream cheese or dip, chili powder and salt if using. Simmer 5 minutes. meanwhile cook pasta shells according to package directions to drain
Preheat oven to 350, Fill shells with meat mixture, Arrange in a greased 9X13 baking dish. Pour taco sauce over shells, cover and bake 15 minutes. Uncover, top with cheeses and tortilla chips. Bake 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with green onions and parsley
