1 can cream mushroom soup

12 oz (3 cups) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions |

|
In skillet, brown meat, drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, soup, salt, and onions.
|

In crockpot layer 1/3 beef mixture, tortillas, and cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
