Ingredients
Mama Mary's 12 inch Whole Wheat Gourmet Pizza Crust
Oil - Olive, 1 tsp
Kraft - Simply Kraft Ricotta Cheese, Reduced Fat, 3/4 cup
Ragu - Robusto Sauteed Onion & Garlic Sauce 100 percent Natural, 0.33 cup
Kraft Natural Shredded Cheese Mozzarella 2 percent Milk Reduced Fat, 1 cup
Baby Spinach 1 Cup Raw, 1/4 cup raw
Hormel 75percent Less Fat Turkey Pepperoni Slices, 21 Slices
Great Value Black Olives 2.25oz Sliced California Ripe Olives, 1 container
Giorgio Mushrooms Pieces & Stems Canned, 1/2 can
 
Generic Red Onion Raw, 1/4 cup chopped

Instructions
Prep pizza crust by brushing about 1tsp of Olive oil over entire crust. Spread Ricotta Cheese and Sauce to about half an inch away from edges. Lay Spinach leaves on top of sauce then cover with 1/2 the Mozzarella Cheese.
Spread pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms and red onions out uniformly across cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 425 for approx. 7 and a half mins. Be sure crust is light brown and cheese is melted through.
