Cook meat and drain it. Chop velveeta into chunks
|

|
|
Throw meat cheese and salsa into crockpot
|
|
|
|
Cook on high for 1 hr, and then on low for 2 hr. stirring ever so often
|
|
|
|
Serve over chips. Add sour cream and onions if you like
|
