1 lb de Carne Molida
2 cucharadas de Perejil Picado
Pimienta
Sal
5 huevos
 
Instructions
Se baten con tenedor los huevos, y se le agrega esa mezcla a la carne. Le hechas los otros ingredientes y revuelves bien.
En un sarten con aceite caliente hechas por cucharadas la mezcla y se voltean hasta quedar doradas.
Serving Suggestions
Se puede servir con arroz blanco y frijoles negros
