2 lb lean ground sirloin

|
1 lb rice ( add 1/2 as much rice NOT MINUTE RICE and rinse with water first )
|
|
sprinkle with salt and garlic pepper
|
|
Combine all ingredients and make meatballs larger than golf balls and smaller than tennis balls
|
|
slice one head of cabbage into strips
|
|
layer 1/2 of cabbage head in bottom of crockpot
|
|
(note- you can add several pieces of ham or ham hocks in bottom of crockpot for flavor
|
|
place meatballs ontop of cabbage
|
|
layer remaing cabbage on top
|
