     Candied chicken breast

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
3/4 cups of bread crumbs
2-1/2 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1-1/4 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cups brown sugar
1-1/4 Tbsp. mustard
3 Tbsp. ketchup
 
1-1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1-1/4 tsp. soy sauce
1-1/4 Tbsp. onion flakes
1/4 cup water or pineapple juice
4 pineapple rings
1 egg

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat chicken breasts in egg, in a shallow dish, mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. place chicken in baking dish
In a large saucepan over low heat, combine brown sugar, mustard, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion, 1/4 tsp. salt. bring to a boil and pour over chicken breasts.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 mins or until the juices run clear. in the last 10 minutes of cooking- add the pineapple chunks to the chicken.
Serving Suggestions
With rice or egg noodles
