     french onion soup

Ingredients
80 gr butter
3 spoons oil
7 onions, sliced thin
salt/ black pepper
3 spoons flour
1 cup dry white wine
6-7 cups of water
18 slices of baget
 
yellow cheese

Instructions
in a pot melt butter with the oil. fry onion till a little golden. season with salt, pepper. add flour and stir.
add wine, cook for about 4 minutes till the alcohol evaporates. add water, cover and cook for 30 min. on small flame.
when soup is ready and in bowls, put in slices of the baget and sprinkle cheese, put in oven/ grill till cheese is a little golden.
