6 ripe peeled bananas, blended gently

1 c. shortening and 2 c. sugar blended
|

4 eggs (medium sized)

1 tsp. baking soda
|

1 tsp. salt
|

2 tsp. vanilla
|
|
2 Tbsp. milk
|
|
4 ½ c. flour
|
|
1 c. chopped walnuts
|
|

Instructions |

|
Combine all ingredients together
|
|
|
Grease and flour 3 loaf baking dishes, and pour in thick batter.
|
|
|
Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top, it’s a great look!
Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

|
Cool on racks for 10 minutes. Remove from dishes to cool.
