     Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
6 ripe peeled bananas, blended gently
1 c. shortening and 2 c. sugar blended
4 eggs (medium sized)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. milk
4 ½ c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients together
Grease and flour 3 loaf baking dishes, and pour in thick batter.
Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top, it’s a great look! Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Cool on racks for 10 minutes. Remove from dishes to cool.
