Ingredients
2 cups dry red wine
1/2 cup brandy
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
lemon peal/ orange peal
3 cinnamon sticks
2 vanilla sticks
700 gr cherries
200 gr red berries
 
200 gr berries
Instructions
put in pot all ingredients aside from fruit, and bring to a boil. cook for 15 min. add cherries and bring to a boil again, cook for 10 min.
remove from fire and add fruit. remove vanilla sticks and grate into mixture. remove peals and cinnamon sticks. chill.
