     Baby Mush (Swiss name Malrie)

Ingredients
½ gal. Milk
2 eggs beaten well
2 c. sugar
¾ c. flour mix with water to make thin running paste.
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Warm milk and sugar on stove. When mixture comes to boil add flour mixture very slowly. Add beaten eggs very-very slowly. Add vanilla. Mixture will thicken. Dish out on flat plates and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
(Alternative way of making it) Pull out a double boil pan. Put water in the bottom half. Combine the following ingredients into the top one. Milk (¾ from the top of the pan) Mix 4 eggs in a bowl and put in about 1 cup of flour. Mix it add ¼ to ½ cup additional milk in with the eggs and cook until thick. When done dish onto plates and sprinkle with the desired amount of cinnamon and sugar.
