     Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 c. dry bread, broken up into pieces (leftover sweet rolls or toast can be used)
4 c. milk
½ c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. raisins
 

Instructions
Beat milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, raisins and salt. Pour over bread or whatever you are using. Pour in greased casserole dish. Sprinkle nutmeg over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
