     Mexican Chicken

Ingredients
Boil or Bake 1 whole chicken, the whole chicken cut into chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. sour cream
1 can mushrooms
6 corn tortillas (torn apart)
1 can chili salsa
1 ½ c. grated cheese
 

Instructions
Mix together the chicken chunks, tortilla pieces, chili salsa and cheese together into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Then spread the mushrooms on top of the mixture. Next spread out the sour cream over the mushrooms.
Mix the cream of chicken and the cream of mushroom soups and pour over the top of casserole. Last but not least add more grated cheese on top of the whole thing.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
