     Macaroni Stew - Canning

Ingredients
2 bags medium size macaroni
2 onions
1 ½ stocks celery
4 green peppers
4 cups carrots
4 lg. canned tomato juice
 
Instructions
Cook veggies until just done or tender.
Cook macaroni until just done.
Mix veggies and juice with macaroni together.
Pack in bottles. Put 2 tsp. salt and ¾ c. sugar Cook 10 lbs pressure for 5 minutes.
