     Cheesy Baked Eggs

Ingredients
2 large eggs
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp milk
 

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fill a baking dish halfway with water.
Place a teaspoon of butter in the bottom of two custard cups. Carefully break 1 egg into each cup. Place 1 tbsp milk over each egg. Sprinkle cheese over top, add salt and pepper to taste.
Place cups in the baking dish with water. Place in oven and bake for 10-20 minutes. Be sure to check doneness half way through cooking time
