rinse and clean the chicken breast.
split each breast in two.
in a pot boil (about 5 cm of) water, add wine and
other ingredients aside from chicken.
cook for 5 min.
add the chicken, liquids must cover the chicken
breast, and cook on small flame bring to a boil.
let it boil for about a min.
turn off fire and let it sit in the liquid for 25
minutes.
