     Chile Releno Bake

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
10X14 Cassarole pan - Spray with cooking spray
27oz can whole green chiles (they come prepared without stems, 14-18 in can)
6 whole eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 milk (can use low fat or fat free milk)
16oz block cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)
1tsp dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
8oz mexican shredded cheese

chopped green onions, maybe 6 or 8
chopped black olives drained (small can)

Instructions
Spray cassarole pan, lay green chiles on bottom (usually 14-18 in can). Slice cheddar cheese and insert inside chiles. Mix eggs, milk, bisquick, parsley flakes, pepper flakes (if you like a little kick) Beat by hand in mixing bowl, make sure bisquick and ingredients are blended well. You can add black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, whatever your preferences are. Pour mixture over chiles, it will not totally cover chiles, but will puff up when cooked. Sprinkle shredded cheese over all, the thicker the better. Sprinkle chopped green onions over all. Sprinkle chopped black olives over all. Preheat oven at 350 degress for about 10 min, & bake 20-30 min or until toothpick comes out of center clean.
