2 pie crust

6 cups thinly, sliced, peeled cooking apples

3/4 cups sugar
|

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
|

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions |

|
In large mixing bowl stir together sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add apples slices. Gently toss till coated.

Place one crust in a pie plate. Place filling in pie plate. Place another pie crust on top of filling trim egde to pie plate. Cut slits on top.
|

|
Bake in a 375 oven for 55 minutes or till top is golden. cool on wire rack.
