     Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound boneless sirlion steak
1 8 oz carton dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoon beef bouillon
1/4 pepper
2 tablespooon butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onions
 
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups hot cooked noodles

Instructions
trim fat from meat. Thinly slice across the grain into bite size strips. In a small mixing bowl stir together sour cream and flour. Stir in water, boulillon and pepper, set aside.
In a large skillet cook and stir half the meat in hot butter over high heat for 2 minutes or to desired doneness. Remove fron skillet. Add remining meat, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook and stir till meat reaches desired doneness. Drain off fat. Return all meat and vegetables to skillet.
Stir flour mixture into skillet. Cokk and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Serve over noodles.
