     Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
2 lbs round steak cut into bite size pieces
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbs flour
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Place beef and onion in crock pot
Combine flour, paprika, garlic salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over beef and onion, stir to coat. Stir in tomatoes and add bay leaf
Cook on low 8-10 hrs until beef is tender, discard bay leaf. Just before serving stir in sour cream and heat through. Serve over noodles
