Ingredients
2 lb bag cubed frozen hash browns
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
 
Instructions
Mix all in crock pot and cook on low 4-5 hrs.
