1/2 c. dried fruit (raisins, cherries, cranberries)
Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth. Add oatmeal and flaxseed (if using). Stir well. Add sunflower seeds (if using), chocolate chips/m&m's, nuts and dried fruit. Mix with spoon or hands, until well mixed.
Roll into ping pong size balls. Put in refrigerator to harden up. Keep in ziploc bags or other airtight container. May be frozen as well.
