Instructions |

|
Fill a large stockpot halfway with unsalted water
and bring to a rolling boil.
|
|
|
Remove husk and cornsilk from each ear of corn.
Add corn to boiling water.
Cover pot and immediately turn off heat.
|
|
|
Let covered pot sit, undisturbed on the stove, for
10-15 minutes.
|
|
|
Remove corn and serve hot with butter and margarine.
