Fresh Ground Pepper
Flour
Canola Oil, or Olive Oil
Meat tenderizer
Rice a roni, chicken flavored

Vegetable of your choice

Instructions
Put flour in a bag, then add chicken breasts, shake well to cover chicken with flour. Put in pre-heated pan with oil, about enough to cover pan, and a dash extra. Put fingerfulls of fresh garlic, garlic salt, fresh pepper and meat tenderizer on top of chicken, cook about 7-10 minutes on first side, til golden brown, then flip over and repeat seasonings, cook for same time til done.
Rice a Roni, my way. Use a pot like you use to make top ramen, melt butter, add rice turn heat up to medium high stir for just a couple minutes, add hot water and flavor packet, turn heat to high, stir and bring to a boil, immediately cover with a lid, turn heat to low, let simmer about 12-15 minutes, check twice, and stir good from the bottom, at last couple minutes, remove lid and turn heat back to high, boil and stir, then turn heat off and cover with lid and set on counter, it is ready in 2-3 minutes (I usually make 2 boxes)
Vegetable- if you use a canned vegetable, open and drain all juice out of can, add butter, salt and pepper, small amount of salt. Microwave 2 minutes. Fresh vegetables- you need a steamer. Wash vegetables good in cold water. Put about a half inch or little more water in bottom of steamer. Slice vegetables, not to thick, but not to thin, throw in steamer, hit cook, takes about 15-20 minutes. You can check them by stabbing them with a fork to get consistancy you want. When cooked, put in bowl add butter and pepper, let others determine how much salt they want.
If you want to bbq my chicken, then use legs, thighs, breast if you want, do not boil breasts they cook quick unless real thick, then boil for 10-15 minutes (just the breasts) legs and thighs, I boil between an hour or two, that makes them soft, then put on bbq, add bbq sauce of choice, or other marinade flavor, like teryaki, put on bbq long enough to crisp outside, then ready to eat...
Serving Suggestions
Paper plates, since you hate to do dishes...
