Use Large Pot, put ribs in pot and fill with water to 4-5 inches from top of pot. Put heat on medium high. Let boil for minimum of 4 hours, check to see if you need to add water, do not let them dry out from lack of water. Stab with a fork, if they fall apart they are done. Drain water, pick out any fat, very east to do and see, then season with salt and pepper, never use a lot of salt, no more than a 3 tspns.
Make BBQ Sauce, use a small to medium pot. Add Brown sugar, catsup and a few drops of soy sauce. cook on medium heat, continually stir, then taste to see if you need more brown sugar, or more catsup, continue adding til you have taste and consistancy you want, use light brown sugar. bring to boil on medium heat for a few minutes, then dump over ribs and stir up.
Garlic Potatoes, use baby red potatoes, or baby white potatoes, cook in small to medium pot, boil til soft, drain water, add butter, fresh garlic, I use quite a bit, add a moderate amount of garlic salt, use fresh pepper and grind, mix with fork,
