Heat oven to 325. Beat butter, flour, and salt and pepper until smooth. Add grated cheese and 2/3 of bacon and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, sprinkling with remaining bacon. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and store in airtight container.
