Beat eggs, sugar, milk, pumpkin and spice together. Pour in a greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over top. Drizzle with the oleo and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Cool and serve with coolwhip.
