Mix flour and 3 T sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly, and press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
In a sauce pan combine raisins, water and 3/4 cup sugar. Bring to a boil cover and simmer 5 min.
Mix 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch, salt and spices and add to mixture, cook 5 min. Stir together the egg yolks and sour cream. Add to raisin mixture, cook and stir until it comes to a boil. Add lemon juice, stir and pour over crust.
Meringue- Combine egg whites and baking powder, beat until soft peaks form. Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff. Spread over hot filling. Bake at 350 for 15 min. cool for 30 min and then refrigerate. Taste like pie, in a bar form!
