Topping-
|
|
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions |

|
Beat all ingredients together. Fold in 1 1/2 cups rhubarb.
|

Topping- 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Tastes great, slightly warm.
