     Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup oleo, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
 
Topping-
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Beat all ingredients together. Fold in 1 1/2 cups rhubarb.
Topping- 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, mix and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Tastes great, slightly warm.
