     Weight Watchers Chili

Ingredients
1 lb.ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green peppers
1 can kidney beans
1 pint tomatoes
1 pint tomato juice
1 tblsp. chili pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
 
2 tblsp. vinegar
1 can tomato soup(for a more creamy soup)Optional

Instructions
Brown first 4 ingredients together. Put in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 2 hrs.
