|
Butter bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan.
Line bottom with graham crackers.

|
Mix pudding with milk. Beat 2 min. at med. speed.
Blend in Cool Whip.
|
|
|
Pour 1/3 mixture on graham crackers.
Place second layer of graham crackers over pudding. Pour second 1/3 of pudding over crackers. repeat. End with graham crackers on top.

|
|
Soften frosting in microwave and spread on top of crackers.
Refrigerate overnight.
