1 lb.Velveeta cheese
|
|
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
|
|
1 beaten egg
|
|
12-14 slices dried beef,cut or torn into small pieces.

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Melt first three ingredients in sprayed, double boiler. Stir frequently to prevent scorching. Heat until cheeese is melted and hot.
|

|
Add dried beef if desired.
|
|
|
Spread on bread or bun halves and serve open faced. If some spread is left over, store in covered jar(after it is cooled) in refrigerated.
