In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add grapes and mix until evenly coated. Sprinkle brown sugar over mixture and fold in chopped pecans.
Mix until evenly incorporated. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve cold.
