     Thanksgiving Dinner

Ingredients
20 to 25 lb. turkey
10 to 15 lb bone in good ham, fresh not frozen
4 boxes of stovetop turkey stuffing
celery
mushrooms, just a few
peanut butter
2 dozen eggs
mayonaise
2 cans of jellied cranberry sauce
 
4 cans of dole tropical fruit
1 can mandarin oranges
banana's
1 red apple
kiwi fruit fresh, 2
grapes, taste red and green, get bag of best tasting
3 large tubs whipped creme
coconut
walnuts

Instructions
more ingedients- big bag a yams, bag of brown sugar (light) bag of small marshmellows bag of large marshmellows jett puffed. bag of dutch yellow potatoes, dinner rolls, 3 cans of extra large pitted olives, green olives, paprika, can of pinapple rings, jar of marishino cherries, bag of fresh green beans, bacon, pumpkin pies, and apple or peach pie, honey, anything you want for munchies, chips and dip etc...
thaw turkey in fridge for minimum of 3 days, prep turkey, take neck and bag of liver etc... out of turkey, chek cavity and butt. wash with water, put in roaster with inch of water, make stuffing, put minced celery in mix, just a little, same with mushrooms, follow directions, except don't cook it, mix it good and stuff turkey, put turkey legs back together to hold stuffing in. do not season, will dry out turkey. cover with tin foil tightly, and put lid on, cook at 225 degrees all night long, check on turkey in 4 hours, slowly turn heat up, done when juice is running over and turkey starting to brown, then uncover and baste turkey til golden brown, then prep ham, use a little pinapple juice, honey, margarine, couple tblspns., mix and taste, put pinapple rings and cherries on ham,cover with glaze,cover and heat through on 350 degrees,about an hour to hour and half. while turkey is cooking do all other prep work, and put stove cooked items on hour before ham is ready. fry bacon slowly,
keep grease, crumble bacon and add to snapped grean beans, just little water in steamer, takes about 20 minutes to cook. peel sweet potatoes, slice, put 2 and a half cubes of margarine on top, 3 quarters bag of brown sugar, tiny bit water on bottom of pot to keep from sticking, cook on just under medium heat, when soft add marshmellows, let melt, done.. peel potatoes, cut up and put in pot of cold water, add salt so potatoes don't brown waiting to be cooked. you know how to do olives and cranberry sauce. boil eggs for 5 minutes, let cool, slice long ways, take out yolks, mix with mayo, salt and pepper, spoon into egg whites, sprinkle paprika on top, done. fruit salad, drain juices from canned things, add some coconut and nuts, mix with whipped creme, use 2 banana's, one apple, slice kiwi and decorate salad with it, add all other fruit to salad, peanut butter is for extra celery.
wrap rolls in tin foil, first put butter over tops, just heat them up. mash potatoes, use a lot of margarine, if cooking for everyone else, add milk to potatoes, not if I am eating them...
