     Chicken Crunch

Ingredients
2 chicken breast cooked and deboned
1 10.75oz. cream of chicken soup
1 8oz. sour cream
1/2 cup butter
40 ritz crackers
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Chop chicken into small pieces, and place in a 9 by 13 baking dish
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken. Dot with butter. Crumble crackers finely and put over chicken. Bake for 30 min.
