2-3 lb london broil (or flank steak)
zest and juice of 1 lemon
zest and juice of 1 lime
zest and juice of 1 orange
1 tsp corriander
2 cloves minced garlic
1 chipotle pepper with adobe sauce, minced
1 tsp salt
1 T instant coffee
 
Instructions
put all in crockpot and cook all day until meat falls apart. serve on tortillas with pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, cheese, and greek yogurt.
