Ingredients
2 cups of confectioner's sugar
2 cups walnuts
2 cups vanilla wafers
4 tbs corn syrup
4 tbs unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup spiced rum
 
Instructions
Crush wafers, fine chop nuts and add all wet ingredients. Mix and roll into balls. Rub the balls in confectioner's sugar.
Store in layers separated by wax paper in freezer.
Serving Suggestions
Very strong... not for children! Great for a party or as a small evening cocktail.
