     Corn Chowder

Ingredients
8 oz ham (1/2 lb), diced
1 1/2 cup chopped celery and leaf
2 bay leaves
4 cups water
2 cans creamed corn
2 cups evaporated milk
2 onions chopped
2 Tbs. flour
3 cups died red potatoes
 
salt, pepper and parsley to taste

Instructions
Brown ham, onions and bay leaves. Add flour to saute mix to thicken. Put into soup pot, add water, potato and celery. Simmer until potato is soft.
Half hour before eating, add corn, milk and seasoning. Heat til warm (DO NOT BOIL).
