Ingredients
2 bags frozen corn
1T cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water
Cream (1/2 & 1/2)
sugar to taste
1 t salt
 
Instructions
Cook frozen corn in salted water, drain
Pour cream over corn to cover. Blend in cornstarch mixed with water.
Turn down heat to medium, let thicken. Add sugar to taste.(at least one scoop). Check seasoning, both salt and sugar and serve
